Principle of the analysis by flame ionization:

The detector with flame ionization heated with 180°C transforms a hydrocarbon content contained in a sample into electric signal thanks to the contribution of hydrogen and air exept of hydrocarbons. When the sample arrives to the flame, the hydrocarbon molecules undergo the hydrocarbon molecules undergo a cracking then oxidize in the presence of oxygen and of ions CHO+ are formed. autochim can propose in this range various versions:

• Portable analyzer equipped with all the accessories necessary (heated line, bottles,filter...).

• Analyzer rackable or gone up in panel using the system of ejector with air replacing the pump of aspiration thus.

• Analyzer in-situ not requiring any preliminary treatment of sample and allowing a response time lower than 1,5 second.

Analyze in-situ:

Most pollutants we have to measure absorb the light in IR or in UV to measure their concentrations amounts measuring the quantity of light absorptive by gas with a specific wavelength. In order to reduce the costs of maintenance of these analyzers, autochim proposes a broad range of apparatuses in-situ. This method consists in measuring uninterrupted the concentrations directly in the chimney, thus eliminating any system of sampling requiring a regular maintenance.

The main advantages are:

• Two annual maintenance actions max.

• No modification of the sample.

• Up to 6 made up measured with the same analyzer automatic.

• Self-zero and calibration with a gas certified.

• No problem of alignment since it acts of only one probe of measurement.

Specific COV.

If a specific analysis of some made up organics volatile is required, we can provide you portable equipments or in station fixes in order to take these measurements: portable chromatograph by photo ionization or analyzer by acoustic photo spectroscopy. These equipments can be used by a service provider or the industrialist.
